Do You Accept Walk-Ins?

Yes, we welcome walk-ins! However, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure you receive timely service, especially during peak hours.

Do You Require A Deposit To Book A Service?

Yes, we require a small deposit to secure your appointment. This helps us manage our scheduling and ensure that all clients receive the best service possible.

Are Children Welcome in the Salon?

We absolutely love children. For safety and consideration for all clients, we ask that children not be in the salon unless they are receiving services. Please let us know if you need any special considerations for your little ones.

Do You Offer Braid Services to All Ages Male & Female?

Yes, our braid services are available for everyone, regardless of age or gender. Come in and let our skilled stylists work their magic on your hair!

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time. 50% of the service total will be charged if not cancelled in this time frame. “No-show” appointments will be charged 100%. For waitlist appointments that are accepted when a slot opens and then canceled or “no-show”, we charge 100% of the service total.
